The first thing you will do each day is view your dashboard, this gives you Analytics at-a-glance. This is a quick overview of each section.

 

What’s New:
A quick-and-easy way to see what changes we’ve made to ServiceMonster recently. You can also read about recent updates, as well as news and UserHacks, at our Support Center’s What’s New page.

Today’s Jobs:
A list of all scheduled jobs for the day, complete with expected revenue and links to both the Account and the Order.

Daily Summary & Activity:
At a glance, you can see your numbers for today, this month to date, and last month in six major categories.

 
Current Order Status:

Instantly see the number and dollar amount for outstanding estimates, work orders (all and pre-completed), and unpaid invoices. Go into the order to investigate further, or complete them straight from the list!  Learn more about how this section can help you easily manage your order processing– here.

 
Top Account Lead Sources:

A quick bar graph to show you where you’re getting your new customers.

Product & Service Income:

A pie chart breakdown of your products and services: which services are earning you the most money?
