When is Support available?

ServiceMonster offers unlimited support for customers by our team of awesome Support Reps. There are multiple ways to get a hold of us if you have a questions or an issue.


Our Support Reps are available at 888-901-3300 during the following hours:

    • Monday through Friday
    • 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST


If you would like to send us an email, send it to support@servicemonster.net. Make sure to include your Company ID as well as a description of the issue that you are experiencing. You can also click on the Submit Ticket link at the top of the page.

We offer limited email support on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 am and 10:00 am PST.


Click on How can we help? in the bottom right corner of the screen to open a chat session with a Support Rep. Chat is available during normal phone Support Hours.

    I am attempting to delete some line items from our products/services that are no longer applicable. The “x” button to delete is not active. How can I get rid of these line items?

      Those line items with the “X” button on active, are associated to prior orders in your system. So for historical purposes they cannot be deleted. You can however, uncheck the active check-box and this will remove them from you list of current products and services.
