Security Roles (in OnTrack)

ServiceMonster 6 Security Roles

As of October 2017, only the administrator and manager security roles have access to ServiceMonster 6*:

  • Administrator – uninhibited access to the system.
  • Manager – same as Administrator, except for the ability to create/delete user accounts.

Technician Security Roles (access via Mobile 2 or the Android/iOS app)

  • Tech – View ONLY Assigned Accounts, Orders, and Schedule Items. Edit Assigned Only.
  • SuperTech – View ALL Accounts, Orders, and Scheduled Items. Edit Assigned Only.
