Accepting and Declining Leads

  1. Navigate to Leads.
  2. Click on the account name of the lead you’re accepting or declining.
    *Note: bolded words in ServiceMonster are clickable links.

  1. Choose a disposition. Learn where to add more here: Picklists.
  2. Add a note, if desired.

3. Click OK.

Accepting an open lead will change the lead’s status and navigate you to the account screen.
