Picklists change the values in your drop-down menus.
How to Edit Picklists
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click Picklists.
- In the empty drop-down menu, select the picklist you’d like to add or remove values from.
*Note: if you use custom fields with the field type as list, you will see that custom field in this menu.
- To add a new list item and click the + to add it to your list.
- To remove a list item, click the red X next to the value.
- To edit, type over the list item. It will save when you navigate away from this page.
*Note: List items attached to existing records will be grayed out and unavailable for removing and editing.
