To add line items or adjust an Order in the field, you can use Tech Mode. To access Tech Mode, click on Order from the Schedule.

Next, in the toolbar, click on Tech Mode.

Service Items

Tech Mode will open with the Service Items section open. Service Items are different areas at each location that can be used to group line items. Examples include:

    • Rooms in a house
    • Sides of building
    • Floors of building

In the Service Items tab, you can see:

    • Last Service Date
    • Dimensions
    • Quantity
    • Edit entry

To include a Service Item, select the check box to the left. To add a new Service Item, click + Add Service Item.

Line Items

Once you have added your Service Items, select the Line Items bar towards the bottom of the screen. For example, on the “Bedroom” Service Item you could add the Line Item “Carpet Cleaning”. You will see the Service Items displayed as tabs across the top.

  1. Select the Service Item tab that you would like to add a Line Item to.
  2. Search for the item in the search bar and then select the plus icon to add it.

  1. The line item will highlight in blue and a (1) will be added next to the price.
    • Select the name to see more details about the line item.
  1. Select Close and the line items will be added to your Service Item.
    • Click All to see a summary of all the Line Items added.

  1.  Press Save when you are finished to return to the Order screen.
