How to Add/Remove Columns from Grids

Choose Columns

You can add or remove columns on most of the grids in ServiceMonster.

  1. Click the Choose Columns button.

    *Located at the upper-right corner of a grid.
  2. Check the box next to the columns you want to add.
    Uncheck the box next to columns you want to remove.
  3. Click apply to update the grid.

Tips

  • If you are navigating between screens – for example, going from the Account List to an individual account – you can go back to your grid with your changes retained by using the breadcrumbs at the top of your screen.
  • Can’t see the column(s) you just added? Click+drag the edges of each column to adjust the width.
  • You can also click+drag the column headers to reorder them.
