What are Picklists?

Picklists are used to generate options for drop down menus in ServiceMonster.

Edit Picklist

1. Go to Company > Company Settings > Picklists.
2. Choose one of the Picklists to edit.
3. To create a new value, click New Value.
4. Add a value and click Save & Close.

Notes

If the System setting is true, the value is not able to be deleted.
