​If you choose List in Field Type, you can add a list of items to choose from.

1. ​Go to Company > Company Settings > Custom Fields.
2. Click the link of the Custom Field with a list Field Type and a new Picklist will be created.
3. Click New Value to add a value to the Picklist.
4. Repeat as nessesary to create as many values as needed.
