A Route Packet is a document that contains important information about scheduled jobs for a time frame.
To create a Route Packet, go to Scheduling > Print > Route Packet.
Options
There are several ways to customize route packets to suit your needs. You can create different route packets for either Residential or Commercial customers. Click Save to keep options for next time.
Export
- Print Route Packet – creates a PDF to print.
- Email Route Packet – creates a PDF and attaches to an email. Must specify one route for this option to appear.
Criteria
- Date – specify a date and hour range.
- Route – select which route you would like included.
- Print Settings – three different options:
- Standard
- Impact
- Custom
- Create separate file for summaries and orders – creates separate .pdfs for summaries and orders.
Route Summary
Summary of jobs for the time frame.
Print Orders
Order form to give to customer. Specify duplicate copies if necessary.
Work Detail Report
Detailed information for each job.
Technician Service Report
Displays Technician Notes, Site Invoice History and Field Notes. Specify duplicate copies if necessary.
