Honestly the best part of working for ServiceMonster is our entire team; from development, to sales, to support. We all strive to do what’s best for our customers and are willing to help each other out when the need arises.
My best piece of advice for a newServiceMonster user would be to start with the basics. Our software has a lot of great functionality, which can be overwhelming. If you start with learning how to create an account, create an order, schedule an appointment and invoice the order, then it’s simple!

For me, the best part of working at ServiceMonster has been seeing the service companies I work with grow with our software. Some of these companies have grown from a single owner/operator into multi-truck operations, and been able to manage it all with ServiceMonster!
I have lived in Washington State my whole life and spend my free time enjoying the mountains and forests around where I live. Some of my favorite outdoor activities include, surfing, mountaineering and snowboarding.
Anyone you reach over the phone at ServiceMonster will be based in the United States, primarily out of our Bellingham, Washington headquarters. We are proud to be a local employer and strong supporter of our community.
