Using Email Templates can be useful to convey a consistent message to your customers. There are several different places where you can send emails to your customers from within ServiceMonster.
Account
- Open an Account and click on the Send Email button in the toolbar.
Order
- Open an Order and click on the email icon.
Scheduling
- Open a Job and click on the Email button.
- An easy way to see a list of upcoming jobs, for sending job confirmations, is to use the Job Board view. Clicking on the time on the left hand side will open the Job Box where you can send an email.
Mobile
- Open an Order and select the Email button in the toolbar.
Load Template
- Once you have opened the email, click on the Load Template button.
- Select the template that you would like to use and it will show up in the content box and you can edit the content.
- Loading a template in the Mobile version will not allow you to edit the content.

- Once you are ready, click on the Send button to send the email.
Note: Your template will be added as the default the next time that you go to send out an email.
Save Template
If you’ve written an email to a customer and then decide that you really like how it was worded, you can save the template to use again. Simply click on the Save as Template button and give the template a name. Then you’ll send your current email, and the next time you go to load templates, you’ll have an additional template to choose from!
