The following are descriptions of what each report in the Marketing section on the Reports tab.
Accounts by Lead Source [Summary]

Field | Description |

Acquisition Date | Indicates the date the customer first began service. |
Account | Account name in a link. |
Company | Only shows if the account has a business name as well. |
Address1 | Address of Account |
City | City of Account |
Lead Source Note | Only shows for those lead sources that have a note. |
Pmt Totals | Payment amount on the invoice that the lead source is attached to. |
Invoices by Lead Source [Summary]

Invoices by Lead Source [Detailed]
If an invoice has a completed date in the specified date range then list it. The total is how much each invoice gave, average is how much the average return of an invoice with the specified lead source returned. The Address, City and Zip are of the Site where the invoice took place at.

Campaign Results
This report was built to show how each of the marketing lead sources are performing. Keep in mind that campaigns are considered lead sources insofar as you can select them on a work order or invoice in the lead source field.

Responses | Number of responses, tracked as Work Order and Invoices. |
Conversions | Number of Invoices tracked with this Lead Source. |
Conversions % | Percentage that indicates how many responses turned into conversions. |
Revenue | Amount of invoice from the Invoices. |
Account Referrals [Summary]
Field | Description |

Responses | Number of responses, tracked as Work Orders and Invoices. |
Conversion | Number of Invoices tracked with this Lead Source. |
Not Converted | Orders that are not Invoices. |
Conversion % | Percentage that indicates how many responses turned into conversions. |
Revenue | Shows the dollar amount of the Invoices. |
Accounts Referrals [Detailed]
Details which account converted and the invoice that they’re associated with. This report looks the same as the Account Referrals [Summary] except with more detail. The invoice numbers are provided, as well as the referred account.
- Note: With this report, it’s not possible to have greater than 100% conversion rate.
New vs. Repeat Invoice Customers
Invoices within the date range are counted for the report. If a customer only has one invoice accredited to them, they are considered New Customers. Any customer with more than one invoice, regardless of the date range, are considered Repeat Customers.
Sales Conversion Rates
This report calculates conversions, close rates, and revenue within a specified date range.

New Clients | Qualify if they have a new Account entered and a new Order entered inside the date range. |
Old Prospects | Customers in the system prior to the date range but with no orders against it. |
Repeat Clients | Customer already in the system with previous orders. |
Orders | Non-invoiced Orders |
Invoices | Invoiced Orders |
Close Rate | Order that become Invoices. |
Revenue | Income based and shows what account each group has brought in. |
