Here are instructions on how you can export your data from QuickBooks Online for import into ServiceMonster.

Customer List

1. Choose Customers > Customer Center.
2. Click Related on the upper-right of the screen.
3. Click Customer Contact List.
4. Click Excel. A dialog box should appear.
5. Click Save.
6. Enter a name for the file, and note where your report is about to be saved. You will need this information to later access it.

Item list

1. Choose Lists > Item List.
2. At the bottom of the window, click the Excel drop-down arrow and select Export All Items.
3. In the Export window, choose whether to create a new worksheet, update an existing worksheet, or export to a comma separated values (.csv) file.
4. Click the Export button.
