So you’ve heard the buzz: ServiceMonster has released WebForms, a new Marketplace app where you can integrate your website with your ServiceMonster account, and have your customers request a quote and schedule a preferred time for visit. Nice and smooth integration for you, and (most importantly) an easy experience for your customers. But how do you get started?

First, find Webforms in your ServiceMonster Marketplace, either searching by name or looking for the WebForms logo:

Once in, there are examples you can view and descriptions you can read. To enable the app, you’ll want to go to the Configuration tab:

There will be a disclaimer, describing WebForms a little further; click the green Subscribe button. A disclaimer will appear, informing you of the pay structure for this add-on; click OK. And you’re in! You now have access to all three webforms, accessible here in the Configuration tab:

• The Basic WebForm will ask your customers for their name, phone number, email address, postal/ZIP code, services required, and preferred time of visit.
• The WebForm with Lead Source will ask the above information, along with a simple, but important question: How did you hear about us?
• The WebForm with Scheduling will ask your customers for the contact information above, but will also offer them several open time slots to choose from, based on their preferred date of service and your schedule’s availability.

You can use whichever WebForm(s) you’d like. Simply copy the desired snippet of HTML code and paste it into your website.
